When you connect your Google account, HiO can read and respond to customer emails on your behalf, schedule appointments, and ensure you never miss an important customer interaction.

What We Request Access To

To provide our services, HiO requests access to the following Google services. We only request the permissions necessary to deliver our functionality:

Gmail Access

We access your Gmail to help manage customer communications:

  • Read incoming customer emails to understand inquiries
  • Draft and send responses on your behalf (with your approval)
  • Organize and label emails for efficient workflow
  • Track conversation history for context

Google Calendar Access

We access your Calendar to help schedule and manage appointments:

  • View your availability to suggest meeting times
  • Create appointments when customers request meetings
  • Send calendar invitations to customers
  • Update or reschedule existing appointments

Important: HiO only accesses data necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your data, and you can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
