10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Any damages arising from AI-generated content
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
